I was pleasantly surprised by this book. It was really insightful in terms of intercession, prayer, and learning to partner with gods heart. I really appreciated Beni's perspective and hearing her personal experience and journey with intercession. She navigated an incredibly misunderstood subject in the church with such peace and understanding and avoided making her experience a theology. What I mean is that she gave you a peek into some scenarios in which she partnered with God, but never encouraged anyone to do the same thing every time as if there's only one way to intercede. It was refreshing and gave me a new found respect and hunger for partnering with God to see heaven on earth.

I truly value Beni Johnson and what she contributes to the body of Christ. This book stirred my heart. I love to pray and I found myself burnt out and felt led to read this book and I didn't walk away with all the answers but I walked away stirred, hungry, excited about my walk in God.I not only would recommend this but when I share with People I feel are called to intercession or just want to learn to pray I would make this a must read.I thank God for Bill and Beni Johnson and what they have contributed to my life through media, Books, and peopleWhose lives they touched that have touched my life.Thank you!

I really enjoyed reading this book. Personally Beni's explanations helped me with situations in my life that I was hearing, yet not quite understanding. Also it is quite comforting to know that someone else is experiencing the same things and how marvelous it is that God is still in the miracle business. It truly is amazing how each one of us has a unique Gift given by the Holy Spirit and how diverse the Body of Christ is and how Jesus Christ uses each one of His children to advance the Kingdom of God as we seek His Truth.

I'm super intuitive to other people and can feel, feelings that aren't my own which some may call Empathic or others may call you an Intercessor. I love Beni Johnson. I love her pure heart for the Lord, her spunk, and her sensitivity. I can pretty much guarantee this is unlike any other book you have read on intercession - you will discover it is an exciting journey! Beni has put my heart on paper. I didn't think I was an intercessor because I didn't continue "carrying" burdens after praying about them. I wasn't depressed, or weepy. I know what God says and I pray it for people I know, our family, our places of employment, our community, our church, etc.Beni made me feel normal for talking to the air and atmosphere in and around our community. When others snickered about me doing that, our community didn't suffer from the hail storms and tornadoes that hit surrounding areas last year. Like Beni, I believe we are supposed to take our responsibility and authority seriously. I felt completely confirmed by Beni's book.

I connected with a lot of things she said. Others, I'm not sure about. Her writing style was a little hard for me to follow, but maybe that's just me. It took me several months to read from beginning to end, but I did find it helpful in many ways.
