The photos are all awful quality, extremely grainy and B&W. No maps or suggested walking tours. It covers the obvious about NY - even if you've never visited. Krist is an excellent photographer and it puzzles me why he selected such poor quality photos for this book.
everything about New York, we bought just before our trip there. It is an excellent book and I highly recommend it.
This book arrived at my door in immaculate condition. All the pictures are vivid and bright and many are panoramic. The book contains photos from all the famous spots as well as some that are not as well known. My favorite are the skyline photos, and there are many. A must have for a lover of NYC!
nice memories of WTC
This book is primarily a book of photographs of NYC. Many of the pictures are skyline pictures including the World Trade Center. They are most beautiful photos especially considering that the World Trade Center can no longer be photographed due to the tragedy of 9/11.
